Challenge
Our firm has participated in a flagship project as partner of a strategic management consultant. During the project, the company has created a business plan aiming to transform one of the crucial elements of the Hungarian healthcare system. Our task was to compile a communication strategy.
Our solution
We were an integral part of the business planning process. Our company has managed to identify the communicational tasks suited for each of the business solutions. We have also assessed their advantages and drawbacks, and have provided a time and cost plan. In the case of certain elements market research has also been carried out. Business ideas have been modified on several occasions based on our feedback.
Result
The communication strategy (task plan, schedule and budget) compiled by us became a part of the finished business plan. During the process we have experienced the dream of a PR professional coming true: the communication plan had been developed hand in hand with business plans, each of them affecting the other.
